Google launched the much hyped Android Phone – Nexus One. Google faces the challenge of managing the dramatic shift in the approach to customer service. Till today, all support is web based. Now, more and more customers will want to pick up a phone and talk to the customer care center. How does Google handle this?

Already, the Nexus One Support forums are flooded with problems & questions about purchase, delivery, & usage of the phone. Not sure if the Nexus One team is geared up for these many messages. Let us hope that Google will be able to come out with flying colors!
